With over six years of experience in yoga, Mrs. Barkha Gupta is the heart and soul behind Yoga With Barkha. Her journey began with a personal transformation through yoga, which ignited a deep passion for sharing its life-changing benefits with others. As a certified E-RYT200, RYT500, and RPYT100 instructor, along with multiple other certifications, Mrs. Barkha brings expert guidance and compassionate teaching to every class. Her dedication to fostering holistic well-being through yoga has positively impacted over 100 clients, empowering them to achieve balance in both body and mind.

Mr. Subhash

Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach

Mr. Subhash is an enthusiastic and skilled yoga instructor with advanced training in Ashtanga principles. He is dedicated to inspiring others to improve their wellness and achieve long-term health and fitness goals. With a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from Uttarakhand Open University, he combines his in-depth knowledge with practical experience to guide students on their yoga journey. His previous work at Natraj Yoga Peeth Center, Rishikesh, and his energetic, collaborative approach make him a valuable asset to the Yoga With Barkha team.
