One of the Best Yoga teacher ever experienced. She guided me through the online sessions for my back pain. Every day I was guided personally with various Yoga poses and stretches. Best part is ma'am never allows to go ahead with wrong postures . She keeps observing and keeps correcting me until I do the right stretch and after she is satisfied she allows to continue the yoga poses and that made me learn efficiently. Also I learnt how to take care of mental health along with physical health through these sessions. I insist everyone should give their best to learn from Barka mam and lead a healthy life.
